TIM: BOARD STARTS THE ANALYSIS OF THE OFFERS RECEIVED FOR NETCO, EXAMINATION WILL END ON THURSDAY 22 JUNE

TIM's Board of Directors met today, under the chairmanship of Salvatore Rossi, to examine, as part of the competitive process relating to Netco, the two non-binding offers respectively submitted by the consortium formed by CdP Equity S.p.A. and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe) Limited, acting on behalf of a group of investment funds managed or advised by the Macquarie Group, and by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. ('KKR').

As announced on 9 June, TIM's Board of Directors will complete its examination of the offers received at its scheduled meeting next Thursday (22 June), therefore no decision has been taken at this stage.
