TIM: KKR GRANTED EXTENSION TO 15/10 FOR SUBMISSION OF BINDING OFFER ON NETCO

Rome, 27 September 2023

TIM's Board of Directors met today under the chairmanship of Salvatore Rossi and inter alia received an update on the status of the ongoing negotiations with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. ("KKR") for the valorisation of NetCo and the member in attendance unanimously approved to grant the extension to 15 October, requested by KKR, of the exclusivity period for the submission of the binding offer on NetCo.
