TIM: IL CDA SI RIUNIRÀ IL 3 E IL 5 NOVEMBRE PER ESAMINARE E DELIBERARE SULLE OFFERTE RICEVUTE DA KKR

Roma, 22 ottobre 2023

TIM comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione si riunirà il prossimo 3 novembre per esaminare l'offerta vincolante su NetCo e quella, di natura non vincolante, relativa a Sparkle, ricevute da Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. ("KKR") lo scorso 16 ottobre, nonché per esaminare la questione di quale organo sociale sia competente a decidere in merito. Il 4 novembre si terrà una riunione informale del Consiglio (induction) per continuare a interpellare il management e i consulenti. Il Consiglio si riunirà di nuovo formalmente il 5 novembre per deliberare.
