TIM: COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED FROM CDP EQUITY, MACQUARIE, OPEN FIBER AND KKR

Rome, 10 October 2022

TIM announces that, following its request for an update on the status of implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding relating to the TIM and Open Fiber network integration project, signed last May:

• CDP Equity, Macquarie and Open Fiber have communicated that the evaluation process currently underway, given the magnitude of the transaction and the time required to analyse all the information received from TIM, requires an extension of the indicative timeline originally discussed, and they have expressed their readiness to rediscuss it;
• KKR for its part confirmed that it intends to remain aligned with TIM in the MoU discussion.

The parties will meet this week.
