The journey towards the merger of Vodafone Towers in Inwit continues
The conventional term set to acquire the European Commission's assessment on the nature of the operation has been postponed to 30 November 2019

In relation to the agreements signed on 26 July, concerning inter alia the merger of Vodafone Towers into INWIT, it is announced that today the parties have agreed to postpone from 31 October to 30 November 2019 the conventional term set to acquire the European Commission's assessment regarding the non-concentrative nature of the merger of Vodafone Tower in INWIT.
