TIM: INTEGRATION OF MARKET COMMUNICATIONS

Rome, 10 November 2023

TIM integrates the press release on third quarter 2023 results issued on Wednesday 8 November with the indications about ServiceCo provided to the financial community during the conference call with analysts held yesterday. As an indication:

• Revenues at around 13.5 billion in 2023, growing at CAGR of around 3% in '23-'26.
• EBITDA After Lease at around 3.2 billion in 2023, growing at CAGR of around 10%.
• Capex at around 2.0 billion in 2023, di circa 2 miliardi di euro nel 2023, substantially stable over time and landing at around 14% on revenues in '26.
• EBITDA After Lease minus Capex at around 1.1 billion doubling by '26.

ServiceCo's 2023 financial data guidance, which is based on the 2023-2025 plan, does not take into account the results at 30 September 2023, while the indications for the period 2023 - 2026 do not constitute guidance, which will be provided during the Investor Day that will be held March 2024.
