TIM: ALESSANDRO PANSA CO-OPTED INTO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Rome, 14 June 2023

TIM's Board of Directors, which met today under the chairmanship of Salvatore Rossi, proceeded to co-opt Alessandro Pansa as Director by a majority vote.

Alessandro Pansa - whose curriculum vitae is available on the Company's website and attached - does not hold TIM shares and qualifies as a non-executive Director.
