TIM: MASSIMO SARMI JOINS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Rome, 15 December 2022

TIM's Board of Directors, which met today under the chairmanship of Salvatore Rossi, unanimously proceeded to co-opt Massimo Sarmi as Director to replace Frank Cadoret, who resigned on November 16.

Massimo Sarmi - whose curriculum vitae is available on the Company's website and attached - qualifies as non-executive.

The Director holds 1,815 TIM shares.
