Subject: Summary of the Decisions Adopted by the Board of Directors at its Session held on 15 April 2024
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you of the following:
- Mr. Mohamed Hassan Shamroukh Gomaa has resigned from both his membership on Telecom Egypt's Board of Directors and his role as Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer in light of his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
- Mr. Wael Hanafy Mahmoud, the Senior Director of Finance and Investor Relations Manager, has been tasked with managing the responsibilities of the Vice President - Chief Financial Officer until the appointment procedures for a Chief Financial Officer are completed.
Telecom Egypt's Board of Directors wishes Mr. Mohamed Shamroukh all the best in his new role and extends its profound gratitude and appreciation for his productive efforts, which greatly contributed to the company's exceptional performance.
