Change in the number of votes in Tele2

Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) todat announced that As of 29 February 2012 the number of shares in Tele2 AB amounts to 448,783,339 shares of which are 20,988,856 Class A shares, with ten votes each, and 423,745,483 Class B shares and 4,049,000 Class C shares with one vote each.

The total number of votes in the company amounts to 637,683,043. In February the number of shares in the company was unchanged compared to previous month. However, the number of votes in the company has decreased with 10,746 as a consequence of the reclassification of 1,194 Class A shares into Class B shares.
