Change in the number of votes in Tele2

As of 30 September 2009 the number of shares in Tele2 AB amounts to 446,149,339 shares of which are 25,131,996 Class A shares, with ten votes each, and 415,219,343 Class B shares and 5,798,000 Class C shares with one vote each. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 672,337,303. In September the number of shares in the company was unchanged compared to previous month. However, the number of votes in the company has decreased with 116,973,000 as a consequence of the reclassification of 12,997,000 Class A shares into Class B shares.
