Changes due to: Entered into cash settled equity swap. Freya has entered into four separate equity swaps transactions with four different financial institutions, each giving Freya initially a long position over 18,096,182 Class B Shares of Tele2 (in total 72,384,728 Class B Shares of Tele2). Such equity swap transactions are cash settled only. Such equity swap transactions are each linked to four corresponding prepaid forward transactions with the same counterparties (which, together with the corresponding equity swaps, represent in each case an equity financing transaction) for the same amounts of underlying notional shares and where Freya has a short position. Accordingly, such transactions do not affect the number of shares (or the voting rights) actually held by Freya that are associated with the shares that have been notified in connection with Freya's acquisition of shares on 25 April 2024.
