Tele2 completes the acquisition of TDC Sweden

Stockholm –Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today announced that it successfully has completed the acquisition of TDC Sweden, for SEK 2.9 billion on cash and debt free basis.
