Tele2 Sverige AB controls more than 99 percent of the shares in Network Norway

Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (OMX Nordic Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B), today announced that Tele2 Sverige AB ("the Company") controls more than 99 percent of the shares in Network Norway

As a result of Tele2 Sverige AB controlling more than 99 percent of the shares in Network Norway, the company will proceed with the completion of the transaction by October 3, 2011.
