Tele2 increases its ownership in Tele2 Netherlands Holding N.V. (former Versatel) to 98 percent ownership

Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B), announced today that it has purchased 16 percent in Tele2 Netherlands Holding N.V., former Versatel. Tele2 will pay approximately 1,150 million SEK.

After the completion of the transaction, Tele2 will own approximately 98 percent of Tele2 Netherlands Holding N.V.
