Ann-Kari Amundsen Heier, Member of the Board of Directors of Tekna Holding ASA

(the "Company"), has today bought 17,000 shares in the Company at a share price

of NOK 5.49.

After the transaction, Ms Heier owns, through the 100% owned enterprise Damgløtt

AS, 17,000 shares in Tekna equal to 0,01% of the total share capital and voting
