ESC Holding AS, a company 100% owned by Espen Schie, CFO in Tekna Holding ASA ("Tekna") has on 14th July bought 185,185 shares in Tekna. In accordance with the agreement with the seller, Arendals Fossekompani ASA, the shares have been purchased from the company with a 20% discount against a lock-in period of 3 years. The price is based on the weighted average price in the period 10-14 July (7.09 NOK per share) and ESC Holding AS has therefore paid NOK 5.67 per share. After the transaction, ESC Holding AS owns 379,990 shares in Tekna equal to 0,30% of the total share capital and voting rights. See the enclosed form for further information about the transaction.
