Result of Retail Offer

Further to the announcements made on 31 March 2023 and 3 April 2023, Tekmar Group plc (AIM: TGP) is pleased to announce that it has conditionally raised gross proceeds of approximately £114,585 pursuant to the Retail Offer conducted via the BookBuild platform. A total of 1,273,164 Retail Offer Shares have been subscribed for by Retail Investors at the Issue Price.

The resulting total voting rights in the Company's shares will be confirmed following the conclusion of the General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 19 April 2023.

Admission of the Retail Offer Shares to be issued under the Retail Offer is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 20 April 2023. Completion of the Retail Offer is conditional, inter alia, upon the completion of the Placing and Admission taking effect.
