Tekmar Group plc (AIM: TGP), a leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcements made on 31 March 2023, regarding the Proposals, a circular (the "Circular"), including a Notice of General Meeting has been posted to Shareholders.

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at https://investors.tekmar.co.uk/.  

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
