Tekcapital Plc (AIM: TEK, OTCQB: TEKCF), the UK intellectual property investment group focused on creating valuable products from investing in university technologies that can improve quality of life, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Tekcapital Plc (the "Company") which will be held at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP on 28 May 2021 at 10.00 a.m. (British Summer Time).

THE BOARD STRONGLY ENCOURAGES ALL SHAREHOLDERS TO VOTE ON THE RESOLUTIONS BY PROXY BEFORE THE DEADLINE OF 10.00 A.M. ON 26 MAY 2021.

IN LIGHT OF SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES AS A RESPONSE TO THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PANDEMIC, THE AGM WILL BE RUN AS A CLOSED MEETING WITH THE MINIMUM QUORUM OF ATTENDEES FACILITATED BY THE COMPANY. PHYSICAL ATTENDANCE BY OTHER SHAREHOLDERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

SHAREHOLDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO VOTE BY PROXY BY COMPLETING THEIR FORM OF PROXY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PROXY FORM.
