Posting of Annual Report & Total Voting Rights

Tekcapital Plc (AIM: TEK), the UK intellectual property investment group focused on creating marketplace value from investing in university technology, announces the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2019 will be posted to shareholders by 31 May 2020.

Total Voting Rights

As at today's date, the Company has a total of 87,778,042 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right of one vote.  The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
