Correction: Total Voting Rights
In the Company's announcement of 06 February (and subsequent "Total Voting Rights" announcement of 28 February), the total voting rights in the Company following admission to trading of 14,800,000 new ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") issued pursuant to the placing had been incorrectly stated as 78,852,042 Ordinary Shares.
The correct total voting rights following admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the placing is 78,528,042 Ordinary Shares.
Accordingly, the Company's total issued share capital is comprised of 78,528,042 Ordinary Shares with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
