Tekcapital plc (AIM: TEK), an international provider of technology and intellectual property services, announces that Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers Limited has been appointed as Joint Broker to the Company, with immediate effect.  Allenby Capital Limited remains as the Company's other Joint Broker and its Nominated Adviser.
