Re: Intimation of the Board Meeting under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations")

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors (03/2021-22) of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 in accordance Regulation 29(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations, for reviewing the business of the Company and also for considering long term strategic plans of the Company, including, inter alia, any proposals for raising funds by way of issue of bonds/ debentures/ non-convertible debt instruments/ equity shares/ warrants/ any other securities through preferential issue on a private placement basis, qualified institutional placement, rights issue or any other methods or combination thereof, subject to approvals from the shareholders, stock exchanges and other regulatory/ governmental authorities, as may be required.

For the aforesaid purpose, it is further notified that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for all designated persons of the Company, from July 27, 2021 to July 29, 2021 (inclusive of both the days), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
