CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK IN BRAZIL IN THE AMOUNT OF 65 MILLION EUROS

"TEIXEIRA DUARTE, S.A." informs that it's entirely owned indirect subsidiary "EMPA, S.A. Serviços de Engenharia" held yesterday, March 10th, 2016, contract with "Departamento Estadual de Infraestrutura – DEINFRA" (State Department of Infrastructure) – a Government Agency of Santa Catarina's State, in Brazil –, regarding the Structural Recovery Services and Rehabilitation of Hercílio Luz Bridge, in Florianopolis, Brazil.

The deadline for the construction work is 30 months and the total value of the contract is 262,928,989 Brazilian Reais, corresponding to the equivalent of 65.079.822,03 Euros.
