"TEIXEIRA DUARTE, S.A." hereby informs that its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, "EMPA, S.A. Servicos de Engenharia", incorporated under Brazilian law, received today from the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God the signed duplicate of "Addendum No. 3 to the Partial Works Contract", dated 13 July 2016, for the execution of the interior masonry, finishings, facilities and landscaping - and other support services - of the Curitiba Cenacle building, located in the Municipality of Curitiba, State of Paraná, in Brazil.
The project is to be concluded within 24 months and the total value of the contract works at present is R\$ 373,000,000.00 (three hundred and seventy-three million Brazilian Reais), corresponding on this date to € 102,582,437.23 (one hundred and two million five hundred and eighty-two thousand four hundred and thirty-seven euros and twenty-three cents).
It is further announced that this "Addendum No. 3" now concluded follows on from the "Partial Works" Contract" signed between the parties on 15 August 2014 and the subsequent "Addendum No. 1" and "Addendum No. 2", respectively concluded on 13 April 2015 and 17 June 2015, to carry out works, already partially executed, within the scope of the same project.
In total, i.e. including the Partial Works Contract and its three Addenda, the contract works come to a total value corresponding, on this date, to $\epsilon$ 128,419,555.32 (one hundred and twenty-eight million four hundred and nineteen thousand five hundred and fifty-five euros and thirty-two cents).
