AMENDMENT OF THE RELEASE CONCERNING A CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN BRAZIL, IN THE AMOUNT OF 65 MILLION EUROS

"TEIXEIRA DUARTE, S.A." informs that the abovementioned contract and object of the previous release was signed on March 10th, 2016, by its entirely owned and direct subsidiary Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções, S.A. and not by EMPA, S.A., as had previously been disclosed. We also inform that it will be Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções, S.A. that will execute the contract with "Departamento Estadual de Infraestrutura – DEINFRA" (State Department of Infrastructure) – a Government Agency of Santa Catarina's State, in Brazil –, regarding the Structural Recovery Services and Rehabilitation of Hercílio Luz Bridge, in Florianopolis, Brazil.

The deadline for the construction work is 30 months and the total value of the contract is 262,928,989 Brazilian Reais, corresponding to the equivalent of 65.079.822,03 Euros.
