The company announced today that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today, the shareholders approved a second threeyear term for Mr. Yacov Elinav as an "external director" under the Israeli Companies Law at the terms of compensation previously approved at the shareholders meeting held on August 10, 2006.
