Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures.

On July 1, 2021, Tectonic Financial, Inc., a Texas corporation (“TFI”), and Integra Funding Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Integra”), issued a joint press release announcing the completion of TFI’s acquisition of Integra through the merger of Integra with and into T Bancshares, Inc., a Texas corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of TFI (“TBI”), with TBI surviving the merger. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
