Statement to Euronext Growth Oslo to be issued by TECO upon transfer of the Shares to the Escrow Account

Oslo, Norway, 17 October 2022: Rubber Innovation Holding AS ("Rubber Innovation"), a company who is a close associate of Sigurd Gaarder Lange, the Chairman and primary insider of TECO 2030 ASA (the "Company") has today sold 1,606,710 shares in the Company.

Following the transaction, Rubber Innovation no longer holds any shares in the Company.

Notifications of the transactions by close associates of primary insiders in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation Article 19 are attached.
