New shares of Tecnotree Corporation registered with the trade register

Tecnotree Corporation Stock Exchange Release 24 June 2024 at 10:00 EEST

A total of 1.100.000 new shares (the "New Shares") issued in Tecnotree Corporation's (the "Company") share issue to the Company itself without consideration have been registered with the Trade Register on 24 June 2024. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company's shares is 17,053,250 shares, of which 1,139,942 shares in total are held by the Company.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company's existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about 25 June 2024.
