Inside Information: Extension of subscriprion period

Tecnotree Corporation ("Tecnotree") announced on 22 June 2023 the final terms of the issuance of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (“CCD”). Tecnotree's Board of Directors have decided today, based on shareholder requests, to extend the subscription period of the CCDs by one (1) week until 13 July 2023 at 18:00 EET.
