Tecnotree Corporation has on 20 February 2026 received the following flagging
notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets
Act (the “SMA”), according to which Kyösti Kakkonen's, Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone
Oy's, K22 Finance Oy's and Kakkonen-Yhtiöt Oy's combined holding of shares and
voting rights in Tecnotree Corporation fell below 5 percent on 18 February
2026. According to the notification, the reason for the notification was an
event changing the distribution of shares or voting rights.
