Date of change in holdings: 25 April 2018 Resulting situation on the date on which threshold was crossed: 28,855,778 shares, i.e. 23,53 % out of all shares and votes Viking Acquisitions Corp. has on 8 March 2018 announced the launch of a voluntary recommended public tender offer for all shares in Tecnotree Corporation. The offer period commenced on 19 March 2018 and was extended as of 17 April 2018 until 30 April 2018.
