Tecnotree Corporation has yesterday 13th July 2015 received a disclosure in
accordance with Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act
regarding Tecnotree Corporation shares.

Markku Wilenius has acquired shares in Tecnotree Corporation. As a result, his
holdings of the total shares and voting rights in Tecnotree Corporation have
exceeded five (5) per cent.

At present, Tecnotree does not have all details related to the change in the
holdings in accordance with Ministry of Finance Decree 20.12.2012/1021.

According to the Company's own information, the flagging limit was exceeded
during June 2015. According to the register of shares and shareholders, Markku
Wilenius' total holdings as of 30th June 2015 were 6,386,492 shares and votes,
corresponding to 5.21 per cent of the total shares and voting rights in
Tecnotree Corporation. On 13th July 2015, the day Tecnotree received the
flagging notification, Markku Wilenius' total holdings according to the
register of shares and shareholders were 6,877,192 shares and votes,
corresponding to 5.61 per cent of the total shares and voting rights in
Tecnotree Corporation.

The total number of shares in Tecnotree Corporation is 122,628,428 shares and
the total number of votes is 122,628,428 votes.
