MIKE SHINYA
Mike Shinya has been an operational advisor to private equity since 2016. He has also been the Head of World Wide Sales of HP Software in 2014-2015, the Chairman of Seal Software in 2010-2013, the CEO of IBS Group in 2008-2010 and the COO of Micro Focus Group in 2006-2008. Mr. Shinya is a British citizen. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics and Social Sciences.
ANDREW PRICE
Andrew Price has been the CFO of Trilogy Financial Services since 2009. Prior to 2009, Mr. Price served at Trilogy as the Director of Product Management in 2004-2008, a Product Manager in 2000-2004 and a software developer in 1996-1999. He has also been a Supervisory Board Member of Update Software AG in 2014-2016. Mr. Price is an American citizen. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees.
Otherwise, the remuneration and nomination committee will return to the composition of the board later on.
