Changes in the roles of the Board members

Tecnotree Corporation Stock Exchange Release 28th May 2013, 3.20 p.m. EEST After the appointment of Ilkka Raiskinen as the CEO of Tecnotree, the Board resolved to have the following changes in the roles of the Board members: Pentti Heikkinen was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board. Ilkka Raiskinen will discontinue as a member of the Board committees. Tuija Soanjärvi was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee and Pentti Heikkinen new member of the Audit Committee. These changes are effective immediately.
