Tecma Solutions: financial calendar change for the year 2021
Milan, 22 February 2021 - TECMA Solutions SpA. ("Company" or "Tecma"), a tech company focused on the Real Estate industry and listed on the Aim Italia Market, in a partial adjustment of the already disclosed financial calendar for the year 2021, informs that the Board of Directors meeting for the draft approval of the Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2020 will be brought forward to 15 March 2021, and the Annual Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as at 31 December 2020 and presentation of the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2020 will also be brought forward to 21 April 2021, first call, and to 28 April 2021, second call.
