Milan, December 30th, 2020 – Tecma Solutions SpA ("Company"or"Tecma"), a tech company focused on the Real Estate industry, announces that the Board of Directors at the meeting of November 2nd, 2020, in compliance with the provisions of the AIM Italia Market Rules as last amended, proceeded to appoint Vincenzo Sirna as Investor Relations Manager of the Company.
