Reference is made to Techstep ASA's annual general meeting on 23 May 2022

regarding the reverse share split (10:1).

Datum AS and Karbon Invest AS have now transferred 280 and 279 shares,

respectively, to round up the number of surplus shares to complete the reverse

share split.
