Techstep: Registration of share capital decrease

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Techstep ASA on 23

May 2023 regarding the company's general meeting resolving a share capital

decrease by reducing the nominal value of the company's shares from NOK 10 to

NOK 1.

The share capital decrease has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following such registration,

the Techstep ASA's new share capital is NOK 30,513,107 divided into 30,513,107

shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
