Techstep: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Techstep ASA (the

"Company") on 5 July 2023 regarding issuance of shares to Stobor Invest AB

("Stobor") by conversion of the Company's debt owed to Stobor into shares in the

Company.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following such registration,

the Company's new share capital is NOK 31,566,235 divided into 31,566,235

shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
