Techstep: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Techstep ASA on 27

November 2023 regarding issuance of shares in connection with the 2023 Employee

Share Purchase Programme.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following such registration,

Techstep's new share capital is NOK 31,629,381, divided by 31,629,381 shares,

each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
