Techstep ASA - New share capital registered

Reference is made to Techstep ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement

on 1 June 2022 regarding the completion of the acquisition of Crypho AS. In

connection with the acquisition, the Company issued 1,498,018 new shares as

consideration to the sellers of Crypho. The share capital increase pertaining to

such share issue has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK

211,127,848 divided into 211,127,848 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
