Techstep ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Techstep ASA (the

"Company") on 31 May 2022 regarding the completion of the employee share

purchase program ("ESPP"). In connection with such acquisition, the Company

issued 854,940 new shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to such share issue has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's

new share capital is NOK 211,982,788 divided by 211,982,788 shares, each with a

par value of NOK 1.
