Techstep ASA - New share capital registered

Reference is made to Techstep ASA's stock exchange announcement on 29 August

2022 regarding the share issue relating to the settlement of the contingent

consideration to the sellers in connection with the acquisition of Crypho AS on

5 May 2022. In connection with the settlement of the first two tranches of the

contingent consideration, the company issued 516,462 new shares as consideration

to the sellers of Crypho AS. The share capital increase pertaining to such share

issue has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Techstep's new share capital is NOK

212,499,250 divided into 212,499,250 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
