prepared by the Company in connection with (i) listing of the tranche 2 shares

issued in the Private Placement and (ii) the new shares to be offered in the

Subsequent Offering has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of

Norway and is published by the Company, expected on or about ultimo November
