Techstep ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement on 15 December 2022, regarding the

completion of the Subsequent Offering of up to 15,000,000 new shares (the "Offer

Shares") in Techstep ASA ("Techstep" or "the Company") at a subscription price

of NOK 1.15 per share. The number of valid subscriptions in the Subsequent

Offering has been adjusted from 802,160 to 402,160 Offer Shares.

In connection with the settlement of the Subsequent Offering, the Company has

issued 402,160 new shares to the subscribers. The share capital increase

pertaining to such share issue has now been registered with the Norwegian

registered share capital is NOK 305,131,070, divided into 305,131,070 shares,

each with a par value of NOK 1.
