Techstep ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Techstep ASA (the "Company")

on 1 July 2021 regarding the completion of the acquisition of Famoc S.A and

affiliates ("Famoc"). In connection with such acquisition, the Company issued

3,679,211 new shares as consideration to the sellers of Famoc.

The share capital increase pertaining to such share issue has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's

new share capital is NOK 209,629,830 divided by 209,629,830 shares, each with a

par value of NOK 1.
