Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Techstep ASA

("Techstep" or the "Company") on 1 October 2020 regarding completion of the

acquisition of shares in Optidev AB.

The share capital increase related to the acquisition has now been duly

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following

registration of the share capital increase, the Company's registered share

capital is NOK 182,539,514 divided into 182,539,514 shares, each with a par

value of NOK 1.
